I found the staff very helpful and friendly. the buggy service was useful because there are many stairs to navigate. it ensured prompt transport around the resort. spa treatments were lovely. I found the air conditioning made it more comfortable.

the beach had many rocks. i was disappointed that swimming was not possible directly from the hotel's beach. the photos should reflect the beach's current condition.

The beautiful double room sea view included a balcony. it also had a bathtub, which i appreciated. the rooms are spacious and cleaned daily. The maid service was really good.

the breakfast buffet provided a wide variety of choices. it included meats, vegetarian options, and fresh cooking stations. the air-conditioned breakfast section was a bonus and very comfortable. the quality of the food was high.

The resort is about a fifteen-minute walk to the nearest town. a taxi to chewang beach cost around $15 aud. 'Grab' taxis are readily available. the hotel is quiet, away from busy areas. i preferred the peaceful setting.

There are multiple pools at the resort, very clean and relaxing. there's also a gym that is air-conditioned with good machines. It's a great space. towels are provided at the public pools. That was useful.
